Booking your funded travel
AMICAL is partnering this year with a travel agency for booking of flights for DHI-B cohort participants. Cohort participants should not book their own tickets.
Further instructions will be posted here once responses have been sent to cohort applicants

| 3 Mar 2019 | Identify DHI-B courses of interest, but do not yet register |
| 3 Mar 2019 | Have your provost/dean endorse and submit your application to AMICAL |
| 11 Mar 2019 | AMICAL will announce whether space is available for individual applicants |
| 20 Mar 2019 | Responses sent to applicants, including instructions for DHI-B registration and travel arrangements |
| 20 Mar 2019 | (As soon as possible) Teams register for DHI-B courses and reserve accommodations, according to instructions that will be posted |
