AMICAL Administration provides basic support for funded events’ organization and communications, primarily concerning:
- Coordination of the event with other AMICAL events, activities and programs
- Assistance with marketing the event to members (co-development and deployment of announcement materials for web, email, etc.)
- Coordination of resources for communication and collaboration among participants
Responsibility for all of the above is shared between AMICAL Administration and the grant coordinator, and the active involvement of the grant coordinator or other local event organizers is essential.
