Data-Driven Decisions: We analyzed our unique campus needs and context before implementing AI. The data-driven decisions addressed our specific challenges and laid the groundwork for ensuring an ongoing process for a successful fit.
Sustainable Model: To address resource limitations, we are developing in-house experts (Faculty Champions) to facilitate AI initiatives, reducing reliance on external resources. It will lead to AI expertise development ‘on our campus for our campus’.
