Full information about financial support for members to attend AMICAL 2026 will be announced later.

Who’s eligible for financial support?

We expect to be able to provide financial support for AMICAL members in the following groups to attend the conference:

• AMICAL members belonging to one or more of the following groups representing the core audience for the event:
• AMICAL Representatives
• Executive Committee members
• AMICAL staff
• Program Leadership Council members (member group leaders)
• Library directors
• Directors of centers for learning & teaching, faculty development, etc.
• Members of the Campus-Level AI Initiatives Interest Group

• Other AMICAL colleagues whose session proposals have been accepted for the program

What kind of financial support is being offered?

For all of the groups mentioned above, we expect to be able to provide the following forms of financial support:

• Registration fees – including lunches and an all-conference dinner
• Accommodations for the nights surrounding your conference participation

For anyone in one of the groups mentioned above whose institution is not able to provide their airfare, we also expect to be able to cover economy-class Airfare. Instructions for requesting this support will be shared later.
