Mimoza Polloshka joined A.U.K as a Math tutor, in November 2003 continuing her cooperation as a part time Math instructor whilst from 2006 she enrolled with a fulltime Math instructor position, where she has been teaching courses of: College Math, Interdisciplinary Math I, Interdisciplinary Math II, Discrete Mathematics and Introduction to Proofs. Mimoza is currently a PhD candidate at Faculty of Natural Science in Tirana, Albania, Department of Mathematics, specializing in the field of Algebra, more specifically in the Semigroup Theory, working in some classes of permutable semigroups. Her education is in the field of Mathematics, receiving her MSc Degree from University of Prishtina, while graduating in the field of Algebra, specializing in Semigroup Theory, where she also received her BA degree at Department of Mathematics, faculty of Mathematical and Natural Sciences. Since October 2015, Mimoza is the Coordinator of the Faculty Development Center and she continues organizing the activities of the Center and shares the experiences with the Faculty Development Centers of other Institutions in order to learn from best practices which will benefit to the work of the RIT/A.U.K Faculty Development Center (http://kosovo.rit.edu/home-fdc.html )
