This page will help you if you’re having trouble submitting a form to one of our systems.
Remember that you can always contact us at contact@amicalnet.org and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
I can’t submit the form
Here are two things to try:
- Confirm that all required fields are filled in. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).
- Change your web browser or network. Try to use another browser or device.
- If you’re using Google Chrome, try to submit the form on Mozilla Firefox, or vice-versa. Avoid Internet Explorer.
- If you’re trying to submit the form on a mobile device (phone or tablet), try to submit it from a computer (desktop or laptop).
- Some users have reported issues with their campus network. Try to submit the form from home or another network outside of your campus.
I still can’t submit the form
If you can’t wait for us to help resolve the problem (for example, if you’re trying to meet a deadline on the weekend), send the content of your submission via email to contact@amicalnet.org as follows:
- Method 1 (preferred). After you’ve filled in the form online, “print” the page to a PDF and send the file to us. (Instructions on how to print to PDF for various devices)
- Method 2. If you aren’t able to print to PDF, copy-and-paste the essential responses from your form into an email and send it to us.
We’ll consider this as honoring the deadline. We’ll assist you with submitting the form normally later on.
I submitted the form, now what?
When you submit the form successfully, you should also receive a copy of your submission by email within 30 minutes. Check your spam and junk folders. If you do not receive this email, let us know at contact@amicalnet.org.
