Applications are temporarily closed
We are currently revising the Small Grant guidelines, and during this period we will not be accepting applications. The application form will be made available again once the guidelines have been revised. As soon as applications are reopened, anticipated for late October, we will notify members under Admin Announcements in AMICAL Connect. Applications for micro-grants may still be submitted during this period by requesting the form from email@example.com.
To limit the administrative overhead added by numerous smaller grants, the following special conditions apply to Micro-grants (Small Grants with budgets below €500).
Micro-grants are reviewed and approved by the Consortium Director. In cases where the Director recommends declining an application, the Director will bring the application to the review committee for confirmation.
Restrictions on disbursement methods
Micro-grants can only be disbursed using one of the following methods:
- institutional invoice for reimbursement
- payment by wire transfer, check, or credit card refund (Visa/MC/AmEx)
- individual/institutional reimbursement based on original receipts
- payment only by credit card refund (Visa/MC/AmEx)
