I am serving as Professor and Chairperson at the department of English at FC College University. I have been serving the department of English at FCCU since 2005. I have completed my PhD in English Language & Literature from University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan with a research on Men as Victims of Violence in Partition Fiction. My fields of interest are Masculinity Studies, South Asian Literature in English, Digital Literary Studies, & Modern Drama. I have published my research papers and presented my research work at different National and International forums. I have also acted as session chairs both at national & international conferences. I have convened an international conference entitled “Voices from the Periphery: Literature & Language” at Forman Christian College University in October 2019 and organized another International conference “Inter / Disconnections of the Prefix ‘Post’ in Literary, Linguistics, and Cultural Studies” at FCCU in October 2022. I work as a Reviewer for different research journals. I have designed and taught multiple courses (in Literature) for Baccalaureate and M.Phil. classes at Forman Christian College (A Chartered University). I have been teaching the course “Digital Approaches to Literature” to M.Phil. students at FCCU. I have designed a course in Digital Literary Studies for the Undergrad students of English Literature.
