Building an interactive story with Twine
Join us for a 60-minute workshop that focuses on learning the technical skills needed to create a basic story in Twine using text, images, and visual design elements. This free and open-source tool can be used for creating digital, non-linear and interactive stories. No prior experience with coding is needed.
During the workshop, we’ll create a short interactive story using materials that will be shared with registered participants in the week before the workshop.
The workshop will be facilitated by Kaitlin Lucas, Academic Technologist at the Central European University.
This event will be of interest to faculty, technologists and librarians who are interested in digital storytelling and scenario-based learning. For pedagogical uses of Twine in the classroom, see the recording of the previous session: “Demystifying Twine” with Russel Williams and Kaitlin Lucas.
