Philippe Forêt

I work currently at the School of Management of Fribourg (University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland), where I lead the TIS program on the transition from innovation to sustainability. A geographer by training, I am an expert on capacity-building in new fields of knowledge and on the transfer of data and expertise across Eurasia. I have led with colleagues curriculum, research, and outreach programs on sustainability, resilience, and innovation. I am a member of the Society of Fellows at the Rachel Carson Center for Environment and Society at Ludwig-Maximilians University. Three Institutes for Advanced Study have elected me Fellow, and my work has received awards from eleven different countries.
