Kristen Highland

I teach in the English Department at American University of Sharjah, where I am also working on establishing digital humanities initiatives, including informational seminars, workshops, and community-building events for students and faculty.

I completed my PhD at New York University in early American literature in 2015, and have taught secondary and tertiary English and writing courses for over 10 years.
